It is important to know who you are working with so we would like to take a moment to tell you a little about us.
We are a family owned and operated company located in Ellijay, Georgia and serving the North Georgia area with over 15 years of experience.
Our staffs knowledge, professionalism and organizational skills are just a few of the qualities you can expect. Many years ago we started on the ground floor acquiring and selling antiques. From there it just grew with many family & friends asking for our help, and from there it continued with referrals.
We LOVE (and enjoy) what we do and it shows!
Meet our Team
Iris Davis - Owner / Operator
Iris grew up in Cartersville and currently resides in Ellijay with her husband Jerry and black lab JoJo. Iris is an active real estate agent which led to the creation of Shadetree Partners Estate Sales. As an avid Estate Sale shopper when traveling she quickly saw a need for those services in North Georgia. Many times she would have a client selling a second home where the new buyer did not want to purchase the furnishings and the seller was at a loss as to what to do with the items in the home. Hosting an Estate Sale was the perfect answer for her clients. Iris is still an active real estate agent and licensed appraiser.
When not hosting Estate Sales or selling real estate Iris enjoys traveling and shopping estate sales. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Beth Harper - Owner / Operator
Maddie Harper - The Boss
Beth (Iris's daughter in law) has been working and assisting Iris with estate sales for several years now but recently joined the company as a partner in 2022.
Beth was born, raised and currently resides in Ellijay with her husband Dustin, daughter Maddie and a farm full of animals. Beth is a 2006 graduate of Kennesaw State University and has a background in web design, graphic design and marketing.
In her spare time Beth enjoys camping and working around the family farm.
At our sales you will also meet the boss Maddie. Even at a young age Maddie loves to shop estate sales and likes working at them even more. She is currently in the 5th grade but has mastered the lost art of handling cash and being able to count back change to a customer. In her spare time Maddie enjoys doing craft related projects, practicing Jiu Jitsu and riding her horse.
Security and Support Staff
When we say we are a family operated business. We mean we are a family business. Our Estates Sales staff also include our husband's Dustin and Jerry.
They assist with parking, walking around the home during the sale assisting customers, or with whatever else needs doing.

Depending on the size of the sale we do have additional part time staff that is brought in when needed.
What do we look for at Estate Sales?
As we said when not hosting Estate Sales we like to shop Estate Sales. This helps give us an idea of the market and how other companies may price items so that we can make sure we are competitive within the market. So what do we look for when we are shopping an Estate Sale?
Iris is always on the lookout for silver - sterling items are what she has fun treasure hunting for while at sales.
Beth always enjoys looking for vintage Pyrex dishes in different patterns. She not only loves the look of them but also loves using them.
Maddie is always on the lookout for games. Doesn't matter if it is a board game or an outdoor game that is her go to. To date she has about 7 different versions of Clue and her favorite outdoor game from an Estate Sale was bocce ball.
Dustin is always going to head for the tools. As he tells Beth... "You can never have to many tools."
And Jerry rounds out our bunch and can typically be found checking out the book section at an Estate Sale. He likes to look for vintage books or his next good read.
